Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Legacy Cryo and Wellness! Please review the following Booking Policy carefully. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Booking Process Scheduling: Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. A confirmation email or receipt will be provided. 2. Payment Terms Full Payment Required: Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and cash. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Non-Refundable Policy: Payments are non-refundable, including for missed sessions, late arrivals, or changes in circumstances. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 4 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours before the session will be treated as a missed session and cannot be rebooked. Refund Exceptions: In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of ownership. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 4. Expiration Policy Validity: Sessions must be used within the stated expiration period, which is specified at the time of purchase. Expiration Period: All packages and individual sessions are valid for state time period, e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months from the date of purchase. No Extensions: Expiration dates cannot be extended under any circumstances. Unused sessions are forfeited after the expiration date. 5. Late Arrivals and Missed Sessions Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other clients. No extra time will be provided. Missed Sessions: Missed sessions are forfeited and cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred. 6. Session Transfers Non-Transferable: Sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who booked them. 7. Exceptional Circumstances We understand emergencies happen. However, our non-refundable and non-extendable policy is in place to ensure fairness. Please plan accordingly to maximize the use of your sessions. 8. Policy Changes Legacy Cryo and Wellness reserves the right to update this Booking Policy at any time. Clients will be informed of changes via email or our website.
